Paul leads total commercial and project delivery and brings together all aspects of quality, safety, environment, facilities, compliance, and efficiency.
Louise is responsible for the successful delivery of all consultancy projects across the business and their alignment with the strategy roadmap and commercial opportunities.

Alison heads up the technical support team that supports investors, housing associations, installers, engineers and homeowners in solar, heat and consultancy projects.
Edwin is responsible for strategically managing our R&D and consultancy capability, leading the team in developing the algorithms behind our smart controls product and modelling services.
Tom has a key role within R&D developing algorithms to control energy assets in the home to optimise and minimise energy use and costs for users.
Beth is part of the innovative team designing the control algorithms simulating low-carbon technologies as part of our R&D consultancy services.
