My coaching environment

It’s important to me that you have an environment that feels safe. Most of the time sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams, though I also deliver ‘walk & talk’ coaching at the Cambridge Botanical Gardens or ‘coffee & chat’ at Costa. Session costs start from £55 and can range from 50mins up to full days.

I also offer a free suitability consultation where you can assess if my approach is right for you before booking any sessions.

Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and suitability to my approach. I look forward to helping you.

What is Positive Psychology?

Positive psychology is the science of the positive aspects of human life, such as happinesswell-being and flourishing.

The positive psychology approach is not targeted at fixing problems. Instead, it is focused on things that make your life meaningful and bring you joy.
